1 package of Maizena or Maria cookie crumbs
60g of melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of grated coconut
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
750g of peeled and deseeded mocha, cut into small pieces
1 package of Maizena or Maria cookie crumbs

Blend the cookie crumbs in a liquidizer
Mix with the melted butter or margarine
Add water, grated coconut, ground cinnamon, and lemon juice to the liquidizer, blending in 1/2 cup increments until well combined
Stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed
Layer the mocha mixture and cookie crumbs in a serving dish, starting and ending with the cookies
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight
If desired, serve with whipped cream
