Soak the wheat flour in water for a day and a half
In a bowl, combine cucumber, chicken, radishes, bell pepper, and parsley leaves
Drain the wheat flour and add everything together
In another pot, combine olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of water, fresh dill, salt, and scallions
Pour the dressing over the salad, mix well, and serve on lettuce leaves.
