Soak the cabbage in hot water with salt for three hours
Drain and squeeze well to remove excess water. Reserve
In a pan, heat the oil and cook the onion and garlic
Add the agrião stalks and sausage
Cook for three minutes and add the cabbage
Add the vinegar and let it simmer until all the liquid has evaporated
Serve hot or cold.
