    Place some cooked and diced potatoes in a dish. Top them with plenty of chopped sausage. Cover with white sauce, whose recipe is as follows: 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup cold milk, 1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, and salt to taste. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
