1 tablespoon of honey
1 chocolate tablet
1 piece of orange peel
4 tablespoons of water

In layers, place the passion fruit halves, top with sorbet
Refrigerate
Prepare the sauce: bring all ingredients to a simmer
When the sauce thickens (only takes a few minutes), remove the orange peel and serve warm over the sorbet.
