Distribute the chocolate at the bottom of six serving dishes and reserve
In a blender, beat the eggs and yolks with sugar until a smooth cream forms
Add the flour and milk, reduce speed and blend for another moment
Place the cream in a saucepan and heat while stirring constantly until boiling
Remove from heat and add melted butter
Let it cool, mixing occasionally
Distribute half of the fruits among the serving dishes with chocolate and cover with egg cream
Top with remaining fruits
Chill before serving
