Mixture:

Mixture:
Whisk together the flour and butter
Add about 2 tablespoons of cold water
Knead until the mixture comes away from your hands
If it's too sticky, add a little more flour
Let it rest for a bit and roll out on a floured surface
Filling:
Melt the butter in a large skillet
Add 150g granulated sugar
Peel the apples, remove the seeds, and cut them into thick slices
Place the apple slices in the skillet with the melted butter and sugar, distributing them evenly
Sprinkle with the remaining sugar
Cook over medium heat until the apples are tender
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
Roll out the pastry dough above and place it over the skillet, covering the filling on all sides
Place in a hot oven and bake until the crust is golden brown
Remove from oven, place over high heat for 5 minutes
Invert onto a plate.
