6 tablespoons of yogurt
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of anchovy paste
1 tablespoon of green onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
1 clove of garlic, minced
salt and black pepper to taste
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
6 tablespoons of yogurt

In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, parsley, anchovies, green onion, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, salt, and black pepper
Blend until smooth
Pour into a bowl and add mayonnaise
Mix well
Yield: 1 1/2 cups or 60 tablespoons.
