Peel and slice the onions into wedges
Let them sit in cold water for 30 minutes
Drain the onion and blend it with garlic, parsley, salt, and olive oil either using a liquidizer or food processor
Don't over-process
Add the chives (don't blend) and store it well-closed jar in the refrigerator
Serve after 15 tablespoons.
