Process everything in a food processor until the chicken is finely chopped but not pureed
Spoon this mixture into 5 buttered ramekin cups, each with a capacity of 1/2 cup
Microwave on high for 5 minutes
Let it rest in the microwave for an additional 5 minutes before serving
