1/2 pound mignon beef cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons of oil
1 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/3 cup of finely chopped pickles
1/4 cup of capers
Salt and pepper to taste
6 slices of red pepper flakes in brine

Heat a skillet over medium heat
Fry the beef strips in oil until they're browned
Remove from heat and let cool down
In a medium bowl, mix together the beef, parsley, mayonnaise, pickles, capers, salt, and pepper to taste
Refrigerate at serving time
Serve 5-6 portions.
