2 cups of hot water
2 cups of fresh whipped cream gelato
1/4 cup of espresso powder
1/4 cup of coffee liqueur or brandy
5 tablespoons of strong brewed coffee
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
3 spoons of espresso powder
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder or chocolate powder
2 boxes of ladyfingers (40 ladyfingers)
1 tub of mascarpone cheese (250g)

Line the bottom of the refrigerator with half of the ladyfingers and reserve
In a medium bowl, whisk together hot water, espresso powder, brewed coffee, liqueur or brandy, and vanilla extract
Brush the ladyfingers with half of that mixture and reserve the rest
In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese with 2 tablespoons of espresso powder and reserve
In an electric mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Add the reserved mascarpone and mix delicately with a spatula
Spread half of that mixture over the ladyfingers in the refrigerator
Soak the remaining ladyfingers in the coffee mixture that remains and arrange them
in a layer on top of the mascarpone
Cover with the remaining mascarpone and refrigerate for about 2 hours
Mix the remaining espresso powder with cocoa or chocolate powder
Dust the tiramisu with that mixture and serve.
