4 pieces of semi-sweet chocolate (7g each)

Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (220°C)
Cut 100g (1/4) of the leaf cake dough (without opening it)
Open that part into a rectangle of 16 x 22 cm
Place the chocolate pieces on one half, lengthwise, leaving space between them
Fold the other half over the chocolate and press the edges of the dough tightly
Cut the pieces and place them in a baking dish
Make 4 cuts on the surface without reaching the chocolate, with a sharp knife
Baste each piece with the egg mixed with water and bake for about 25 minutes or until it grows and browns
If desired, serve with yogurt and cinnamon or vanilla
Finally, cut into quarters.
