Wash the eggs well, separate the yolks and beat the whites until stiff (1)
Combine half of the sugar and continue beating until soft peaks form
Set aside
Beat the heavy cream until it forms a stiff peak
Set aside
Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until they form a light and fluffy mixture, doubling in volume
Add the mascarpone cheese mixed with the whipped cream and beat until smooth and even
Then, add the beaten whites and mix delicately (2)
Set aside
Gently moisten the ladyfingers with the coffee liqueur (3)
Assemble the tiramisu by layering the ladyfingers, cream, and chocolate pieces (4)
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 12 hours
Remove from mold (5) and serve with shaved chocolate
