Wash the tomatoes
Cut a small slice off one of the ends
With a small spoon, remove all the pulp
Mash that pulp and mix with the remaining ingredients
Season to taste
Stuff the tomatoes, filling them very well
Place the tomatoes in a refractory mold greased
If there is leftover stuffing, place it around the tomatoes
Bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes
Serve immediately
