Fry the green scallions in butter over low heat for a few minutes until they start to brown
Add the carrot, honey, oregano, salt, and black pepper
Mix well
Simmer over medium heat until the carrots are well coated
Cover and cook for 3 minutes
Serve immediately
Dish can be reheated 5 times.
