Beat the butter and confectioners' sugar in a mixer until smooth
Add the whipping cream, beat again, and set aside
Moisten the cookies with milk and line the bottom of a container with them
Next, cover the cookies with a layer of the cream
Repeat the process until the rim of the container is reached
The final layer can be cookies or cream
Cover this layer with sweetened condensed chocolate and refrigerate for 3 hours or until well chilled.
