1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons of water
200g sausage slices (5 pieces)
450g cooked potatoes, cut into cubes
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (100g)
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Assemble the dough for about 15 minutes
Remove from the oven and remove the bean paper
Baste the bottom of the dough with the egg yolk mixture
Put it back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes
Remove from the oven and fill: mix sausage with potatoes and place inside the dough
Mix grated cheddar cheese, milk, eggs, and season with salt and black pepper
Pour over the potatoes and sausage
Dust with Parmesan cheese and put it in a hot preheated oven (225ΒΊ) for about 30-35 minutes
Cuts into 12 slices.
