Cake Crumbs
300g chocolate cookie crumbs
2 tablespoons milk
60g unsalted butter
Orange Cream
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup concentrated orange juice

150g dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup heavy cream
Cake Crumbs
In a bowl, mix the cookie crumbs, milk, and butter to form a crumbly mixture
Butter a 22cm diameter cake pan with a removable bottom
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes
Orange Cream
Dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions
In a blender, beat the sweetened condensed milk, orange juice, and gelatin mixture
Place on top of the cake and refrigerate
Chocolate Cream
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, remove from heat and mix with heavy cream
Spread over the orange cream
Refrigerate until firm
Garnish with orange zest.
