2 teaspoons of unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup of cold water
4 separated eggs
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 cup of white wine
1 pinch of salt
3/4 cup of sugar
1 cup of chopped strawberries (fresh or canned)
300g of well-mashed pineapple (or passed through a liquidizer)
1/4 cup of maraschino cherries, cut
1 pre-baked tart shell

Soak the gelatin in cold water
Beat the egg yolks until thickened; add lemon juice, wine, salt, and 1/2 cup of sugar
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened; add softened gelatin and stir until dissolved
Remove from heat and refrigerate until it starts to thicken
Add well-drained fruits
Place into the pre-baked tart shell, piling a bit higher in the middle
Refrigerate until firm
If desired, decorate with whipped cream
