Crust:
Similar to a meringue-based tart crust
Fillling:
1 cup of shredded coconut
3-4 ripe bananas, cut into pieces and drizzled with 1 tablespoon of lime juice
3 peeled and segmented tangerines
1 cup of whipped cream
1 large bunch of white grapes
1 slice of firm but ripe mango, cut into squares

Line a tart pan with the crust and bake it
After baking, let it cool and then turn it out onto a plate
Dust the top with half the shredded coconut
Lay a variety of fruits on top and spread the whipped cream over them in spoonfuls
Garnish with the remaining fruits and shredded coconut
