2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup of milk - 180 ml
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
3 cups of chopped mango with skin - 360 g
1 cup of raisins - 160 g
1 cup of hazelnuts or walnuts, chopped - 125 g

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Place the flour in a large bowl
Add the sugar, yeast, baking soda, and cinnamon
Mix well
Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract
Mix
(The mixture will not be smooth)
Add the mango, raisins, and nuts
Mix well
Put the dough into a 25 cm diameter cake pan, greased
Bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Remove from the oven and let cool
To serve, wrap in aluminum foil or plastic film
Cut into 15 slices.
