1 fresh coconut, grated
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

1 can of whipped cream
1 cup of chocolate chips
1/2 tablespoon of butter

3 large egg whites
a pinch of salt
6 tablespoons of sugar

Mix the vanilla cream ingredients and cook over low heat until a soft coconut cake forms
Transfer to a refrigerator and reserve
In a saucepan, mix heavy cream without serum with chocolate chips and butter
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens
Pour over the coconut cake and reserve
Beat the egg whites in a snow-like consistency with salt, adding sugar gradually and beating until stiff peaks form
Cover the chocolate cream with meringue and bake in the oven for 10 minutes, approximately
Serve at room temperature.
