Prepare an evening cake
Mix the egg yolks with sugar well
Add ground nuts and orange peel, and mix well
Finally add whipped egg whites and mix carefully
Grease and dust with flour a 23 cm diameter mold
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 55 minutes
The next day, cut the cake twice, forming layers
Prepare the filling by mixing and beating all ingredients well
Make the glaze: melt the chocolate in the oven and mix with butter
Mix until it cools and has the consistency to spread
Cover the cake and garnish with orange zest
