In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until smooth and fluffy
Add the flour, lime zest, and milk, and mix gently
Add the mango and fold in
Transfer to a shallow dish with a diameter of 22cm
Cook in the microwave on medium power until firm but still creamy and well-domed on top (approximately 15 minutes)
Dust with cinnamon and serve immediately
