4 cups of water

1 tablespoon of oil
1 cup of furadinho macaron (small)
1 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch
3/4 cup of orange juice
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of honey
1/4 cup of mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon of lime juice
2 medium-sized mangoes, peeled, seeded, and cut into cubes
4 cups of water
1/2 teaspoon of salt

2 tablespoons of honey

Place 2 liters of water in a large pot
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer
Add salt and oil
Gradually add the macaron, ensuring the water remains boiling, stirring occasionally
Cook until the macaron is al dente but still slightly firm, stirring frequently
Drain and reserve
In a small pot, mix cornstarch with orange juice
Bring to a medium heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly
Remove from heat
Add butter, honey, mascarpone cheese, and lime juice
Stir well until the butter is melted
Add the mango cubes and stir to combine
Pour over cooked macaron and mix well
Portion into individual serving cups
Chill in the refrigerator before serving
