Boil the water with the oil and knead the flour, mixing constantly
Add the salt and finally the rum
Mix well
Roll out the dough very thinly, in small pieces
Cut them into strips about 5 centimeters wide and roll them up on a bamboo skewer 5 centimeters long
If you don't have bamboo, carve a pencil, cut it into pieces 5 centimeters long, roll the dough around and fry in hot oil until slightly golden
Fry all the cannoli until the dough is finished
Let them cool and carefully remove them from the skewers, pushing with a fork each piece of bamboo containing a fried cannoli
With a confectionery bag, smooth tip, fill each one with caramel
Join 3 cannoli, pass them through the pastry bag and tie with a string to decorate
