Beat the sugar with the eggs
Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder and grated lime zest
Peel the mangoes, remove the seeds and cut them into thin slices
Add to the previous mixture
Pour into a well-greased mold and bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour
Serve decorated with raspberry jelly.
