In a blender, whip the milk with the plum and sugar for 1 minute
No beating required
Mix the eggs separately
No beating required
Pour into a buttered 20cm diameter pan
Bake in a hot oven (200°C), preheated, in a water bath, for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until, when inserting a toothpick into the edge of the pudding, it comes out clean
Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 3 hours
Demold and serve, garnished with mint leaves and dusted with crystallized sugar.
