1/2 cup (or 3 tablespoons) of strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of coffee

Combine the coffee, chocolate, and salt in a saucepan; add the brewed coffee
Cook over low heat until smooth and glossy, stirring frequently (for about 15 minutes)
Let cool
Add the nuts and vanilla
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
Spread over a cake with a spatula dipped in hot water
Dip to cover a 20 cm diameter cake.
