Grease and flour a 23 cm round cake pan with removable bottom
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add 100 g of confectioner's sugar to form stiff peaks
Add the melted chocolate mixture
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Beat the egg yolks until light, then gradually add the remaining confectioner's sugar without stopping
Add the chocolate mixture, pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes
In a blender, mix together the yogurt, orange juice, orange liqueur, and confectioner's sugar to form a cream
Refrigerate until serving time
Turn out the cake, decorate with orange zest, and serve with whipped cream.
