Dough
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon light butter
3 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Filling
1 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup baking aid for oven and grill
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Topping
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
6 tablespoons baking aid for oven and grill
Dough
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon light butter

1 cup baking aid for oven and grill
1/4 cup cornstarch

Topping
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
6 tablespoons baking aid for oven and grill
Mix the dough ingredients until they become homogeneous
Roll out the dough and fit into a removable mold pan
Let it chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
Remove from the refrigerator and bake in a medium preheated oven for 15 minutes
Mix the filling ingredients and let simmer over low heat
Stir until thickened
Remove from heat and let cool
Chill in the refrigerator for two hours
Topping: beat egg whites until fluffy and add, alternatingly, dissolved gelatin according to manufacturer's instructions and baking aid
Assembly: spread the filling over the dough and then spread the topping
Chill in the refrigerator for two hours and serve immediately.
