For the dough
5 egg whites
5 yolks
2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
2 cups of wheat flour

Step 1
In a mixer, beat the egg whites until fluffy
Add the yolks one by one and beat
Continue beating and adding the remaining dough ingredients until smooth
Grease a round baking dish (30cm in diameter) with the dough and bake at high heat for about 45 minutes
No blender, mix all filling ingredients except whipped cream
Heat this mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly
Remove from heat and let cool
Add the whipped cream and mix until stiffened. Reserve
Step 2
Take the cake out of the oven and cut it into slices 2cm thick
Cut three strips per slice in the direction of length
Divide the slices into three groups - each group will form a layer of cake
Line the same mold used to bake the dough with aluminum foil
Step 3
Vertically arrange a layer of cake strips at the bottom of the baking dish
Cover with half of the filling
Next, arrange another layer of cake strips horizontally
Cover with the remaining filling
Finish with a final layer of cake slices
Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 6 hours
In a pot, combine water and sugar and heat over medium heat without stirring
After boiling, let simmer for 15 minutes until reaching a syrup consistency
In a mixer, beat egg whites until fluffy
Add the hot syrup and mix until cooled
Reserve one cup
Bat the melted chocolate with the remaining marshmallow for five minutes
Refrigerate for an hour
Remove the cake from the mold and place on a cake plate
Cover completely with the chocolate marshmallow mixture
Spread the white marshmallow with a fork in circular motions to create the mixed effect.
