Wash and clean the strawberries
Reserve half (the best appearance) and crush the rest
Add the cornstarch and sugar
Mix well and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened and transparent
Add the lemon juice and mix well
Let it cool
Add the reserved strawberries and place in a baked tart shell.
