1 cup candied orange peel, finely chopped

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the candied orange peel
Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving about 2 cm between each mound of dough
Sprinkle a little of the candied orange peel over each biscuit
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) that has been preheated for 10 minutes or until the bottom is lightly browned
Remove from the oven and baking sheet with a spatula
Let cool on a wire rack
Yields 47 biscuits.
