Mash the yolks with sugar
Mix in the chocolate and ground nuts
Add the egg whites
Mix well and add the cake flour
Bake in a regular oven, in a greased form
After baking and cooling, open it from the top and sprinkle rum with water and sugar on both sides
Fill with a filling made of caramel and ground nuts, forming a thick paste
Cover with meringue made with 2 egg whites and 4 tablespoons of sugar
Garnish with half nuts and bake at very low heat to set the meringue.
