1 can of 900g passion fruit or fresh passion fruit
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
some drops of almond extract

Drain the passion fruit, reserving two tablespoons of the liquid
Mix together the all-purpose flour, wheat flour, butter, and salt until well combined
Sprinkle 1/4 of this mixture over the crust placed in a 20cm diameter pan
Then mix the drained passion fruit with the remaining mixture
Mix the lemon juice, almond extract, and reserved passion fruit liquid
Add to the passion fruit and pour everything into the prepared crust
Bake in a medium oven for 25-30 minutes until the filling is transparent and bubbly
Let cool before serving
Serve 4 to 6 people.
