Preheat the oven to medium temperature
In a bowl, mix together
the oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon
Add in the butter and knead with your fingertips until a dough forms. Reserve

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Add in the pears and mix well

Distribute the fruit in the tart pan and top with the dough, covering the entire surface
Gently press down with your hands
Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust turns lightly golden
Serve immediately.
