2 tablespoons of biscuit flour
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup of platter cheese, grated
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of chopped green pepper
1/4 cup of sifted Massa Mil (or Sol) pastry dough
Salt and black pepper to taste
5 eggs
1 1/3 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of biscuit flour
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, grated

Grease the bottom of a round mold, 20-22 cm in diameter
Dust with biscuit flour
Place the cheddar cheese and platter cheese on top, both grated coarsely
In a large bowl, combine the chopped onion and green pepper
Microwave for 2 to 4 minutes or until soft, stirring 2 to 3 times
Add sifted Massa Mil (or Sol) pastry dough, salt, and black pepper, and mix well
Add the eggs and milk
Mix again
Microwave on medium power for about 6 minutes or until warm but not firm, stirring 2 times vigorously during this time
Pour into the mold with cheese and microwave on medium power for about 10 minutes or until the filling is almost set
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
