1/2 kg of ground beef
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1 well-chopped garlic clove
black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon of salt
250 g of cooked bean cut into pieces
1 cup of cooked kidney beans (200 g)
olive oil
6 25 cm diameter flour tortillas (see recipe above)
1 large tomato, seedless and diced
small lettuce leaves, chopped into strips
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 kg of ground beef
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion

1 cup of cooked kidney beans (200 g)
olive oil
6 25 cm diameter flour tortillas (see recipe above)
1 large tomato, seedless and diced
small lettuce leaves, chopped into strips
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
In a frying pan, fry the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is softened
Drain some excess fat if necessary
Add salt and black pepper to taste
Cook the kidney beans and beans with a little water and drain
In a frying pan, heat 1/2 cm of olive oil
Fry the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side
Drain on paper towels
Divide the remaining ingredients among the tortillas in the following order: ground beef, kidney beans, beans, tomato, lettuce, and cheese
Serve immediately and if desired, accompany with a salad dressing
Serve 6 portions.
