Process the onion, garlic, tomato, and finger pepper through a processor
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté all the seasonings for 10 minutes
Add the brisket and continue cooking for another 15 minutes
Add the sausage and 3 cups of water
Cover the pan and cook for 40 minutes, starting from when it reaches a boil
Remove from heat, let the pressure drop, and open the lid
Add the white beans, salt, dry white wine, and remaining water
Cover the pan again and cook for an additional 50 minutes, starting from when it reaches a boil
Remove from heat, let the pressure drop, open the lid, and check the seasoning
Serve hot.
