Grease a rectangular form of 25 cm x 12 cm with a little oil
Wrap with plastic film and reserve
In the processor, beat the biscuits and peanuts until you get a crumbly mixture
Line the bottom and sides of the form with this mixture, pressing firmly
Let the sorbet sit for a bit, then mix in the cream cheese and milk
Pour into the form, cover with plastic film, and refrigerate for at least 12 hours
When serving, unmold
Garnish with chocolate syrup and raspberries.
