For the dough

5 tablespoons of wheat flour
1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
1 cup of milk
7 egg whites
100g of grated coconut
For the cream
7 yolks
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 liter of milk
4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

Prepare the dough
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until homogeneous
Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake until lightly golden
When ready, pour the cream over the dough
In sequence, beat 7 egg whites into a snow-like consistency and spread them over the cream
Dust with grated coconut and return to the oven just to let the topping brown
Prepare the cream
Pour ingredients into a saucepan and cook over low heat
