Prepare the brownie according to package instructions
Line a 13x9cm rectangular baking dish with parchment paper and grease with butter
Pour in the brownie batter and bake at 300°F for 15 minutes or until still slightly moist
In a blender, beat together the cream cheese, coconut, half-and-half, and eggs
Spread over the brownie, return to the oven at 250°F, and bake for 40 minutes or until firm and golden
Let cool and unmold
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, place in a piping bag, and decorate the tart
Serve chilled.
