1 package of chocolate-filled biscotti

2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 1/2 cups of whole milk

200g of dark chocolate chips
1/2 can of heavy cream

Mix the biscotti in a blender until you get a fine crumb
Add the butter and work the mixture to form a dough-like consistency
Line the bottom and sides of a 22cm diameter cake pan with the dough and bake at 220°C for 10 minutes
Allow it to cool
In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, cornstarch dissolved in milk, egg yolk, grated coconut, and whisk continuously until thickened
Allow it to cool
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and mix with heavy cream
Spread the coconut cream on top of the cake and drizzle with melted chocolate
Cool and refrigerate before serving.
