For the dough
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of butter
1 egg
1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 pinch of salt
For the filling
200g of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of butter
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 eggs
For the dough

1/2 cup of butter

1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 pinch of salt
For the filling
200g of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of butter
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 eggs
Place the sugar, butter, and egg in a bowl
Mix with your fingertips until you get a crumbly mixture
Add the flour and salt and mix quickly
Roll out the dough in a 20cm diameter ring shape
Line with parchment paper and fill with rice or beans
Bake in a hot oven (200°C) for 10 minutes
Remove the paper and bake for another 20 minutes, until slightly golden
Prepare the filling: melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
Remove from heat and let cool
In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar and butter for about 4 minutes, until light and fluffy
Add the melted chocolate and vanilla extract, whisking continuously
Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition
Refrigerate for 15 minutes
Spread over the prepared dough in a decorative manner
Serve chilled, with 10% yield
Note: Do not use margarine for the filling, as the result will be unsatisfying.
