For the dough:

100 g of butter
1 vanilla sugar envelope

2 tablespoons of sugar
125 g of butter
1/2 liter of milk
a pinch of salt
1 package of vanilla pudding
750 g of strawberries

Mix all dough ingredients well
Preheat oven to 225°C (moderate heat)
Prepare some tart molds by dusting them with flour and baking the dough for 10-15 minutes
For the cream: dissolve vanilla pudding in 6 tablespoons of cold milk; heat the remaining milk with a pinch of salt
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and stir constantly until it thickens
Let cool
Beat butter until creamy
Add strawberry cream and mix well
Fill pre-baked tart shells with this cream
Garnish with sliced strawberries and powdered sugar, if desired
Optional: garnish with chopped pistachios.
