Combine the flour, butter, sugar, and egg in a bowl
Add milk gradually and knead well
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
2 Use the dough to line six 8-inch tart pans
Place the tart pans on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes
Filling
