Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Dissolve the yeast in the milk with the sugar, add the eggs, condensed milk, and butter
Mix well
Add the flour gradually and work the dough until it's smooth
Cover and let it rest until it doubles in size
Knead again and shape the tarts
Place them on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown
Still warm, serve with condensed milk.
