Mix flour and yeast
Place on a flat surface
Make a depression in the middle and add remaining ingredients
Knead well until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained
Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes
After that, divide the dough into several portions and with each one form a roll about 1 cm in diameter
Cut into pieces of 5 cm
Take three rolls and shape into coffee cakes or use two rolls to make a twisted cake
Place in a greased baking dish and bake for about 15 to 18 minutes at moderate oven temperature (170°C)
